Warranty Policy

Effective Date: 1 January 2026

So Simple Solutions Pty Ltd stands behind the quality and performance of every Dry Styx™ product. This policy outlines the warranty coverage that applies to your purchase. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) always apply — nothing in this policy limits those rights.

 

Warranty Periods

Dry Styx™ products carry the following warranty periods from the date of original purchase:

• Heat Regeneration Port, Pod Dock & Extraction Shroud: 24 months.
• Modular Twin Towers & Pods: 12 months.

 

What Is Covered

Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use. This includes:

• Manufacturing defects in the Heat Regeneration Port, Pod Dock, or Extraction Shroud.
• Structural defects in the Modular Twin Towers or Pods that affect their ability to adsorb moisture or regenerate correctly.
• Failure of the built-in moisture indicator to function as described under normal use conditions.

 

What Is Not Covered

The following are not covered under this warranty:

• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or use contrary to the product instructions — including regeneration in a microwave or domestic oven.
• Normal wear and tear over the product's service life.
• Damage caused by environmental factors outside normal household conditions.
• Products that have been modified or tampered with.
• Cosmetic damage that does not affect product performance.

 

How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you believe your product has a defect covered under this warranty:

• Contact us at info@drystyx.com.au or call 1800 979 763, quoting your order number or purchaser name and a description of the issue.
• We will respond within 2 business days to assess your claim and advise next steps.
• If assessment requires the product to be returned, we will provide return instructions. Return postage is the customer's responsibility.
• If the defect is confirmed, we will repair, replace, or refund the product at our discretion and cover the cost of returning it to you.
• If no defect is found, the product will be returned to you at your expense.

All warranty claims must include proof of purchase. Where possible, retain the original packaging.

 

Warranty Remedies & ACL

Warranty remedies are provided at the discretion of So Simple Solutions Pty Ltd and are in addition to, not in place of, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Under the ACL, our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded, including that goods are of acceptable quality and fit for their intended purpose.

 

Expected Service Life

Testing indicates a minimum service life of 2 to 3 years for Towers and Pods under normal household conditions. Actual lifespan will vary depending on local climate, frequency of regeneration, and average ambient temperatures. Replacement Towers, Pods, and accessories are always available through our Sydney team after the warranty period.
