• Order Acceptance: Your order is an offer to buy. We officially accept your order only when we send a confirmation email.
• Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to stock availability, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.
• Commercial Use: Orders are intended for personal or business use. Resellers should contact us directly for trade terms.

 

Pricing, Payments & GST

• Pricing: All prices are in Australian dollars and subject to change without notice. Prices include GST unless stated otherwise.
• Payment Methods: We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and Shop Pay.
• Third-Party Providers: Payments are handled by secure processors including Stripe and PayPal. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.

 

Shipping, Delivery & Title

• Delivery: All orders are subject to our Shipping Policy.
• Risk & Title: Risk in the product passes to you the moment it leaves our premises. Title passes to you only upon receipt of full payment including any freight charges.
• Insurance: Goods are not insured in transit unless you have arranged and prepaid for insurance prior to dispatch.
